More About My Practice
Experienced Counsellor in Croydon

Getting started.
Most therapists would arrange to meet for an initial consultation to discover whether their approach to counselling best suits your needs. In order for therapy to be as effective as possible there is a particular way in which the therapy session is informally structured. For example the most important aspect of long term therapy is to maintain consistency with regular meetings on the same agreed day and time where possible. So it is important to talk with your therapist about your concerns or fears about the required levels of commitment to counselling.
